Compressor Station
A compressed gas station is a station equipped with natural gas pressurization equipment. The compressed station set up inside the oil and gas fields is to delivery natural gas to the gas treatment plant for desulfurization, decarburization, dehydration, and recovery of liquefied petroleum gas, etc., so that the gas can meet the requirements of sale natural gas temperament. The compressor station at the beginning of a long-distance natural gas pipeline is called the starting point compressor station, commonly known as the first station. It receives the sale natural gas from the treatment plant, and then natural gas is transported to the next station after dust removal, metering and pressurization. An intermediate compressor station is located along the pipeline to replenish the pressure energy consumed when the gas flows along the natural gas pipeline, and to boost the natural gas to the end of the pipeline at the required flow rate.
