Vendor Sourcing: we find technically and commercially qualified vendors for project.
Technical Bidding evaluation: we evaluate technical and commercial bidding to ensure each facilities can follow technical requirement
Commercial bidding evaluation; we evaluate commercial bidding to ensure procurement cost under the budget.
PO execution: we organize kick off meeting with vendors to confirm production plan and check all document submitted from vendors.
Goods Expediting; we visit workshop according to production plan to witness critical activities and confirm production status.
Quality Control: we designate experienced quality inspector to witness the production progress ,factory acceptance test （FAT）and packing inspection before shipment.
Good Delivery: we coordinate vendor and nominated shipping company to deliver goods according to delivery plan and site constructability and we also coordinate construction company to receive good and provide onsite storage guide.
